BRIGHOUSE TOWN AFC LAUNCH TINY TOWNERS!

New Tiny Towners footy club for 3 – 6-year-olds to launch in July.

Brighouse Town AFC is launching a new football club for children aged 3-6 years old in July. The Tiny
Towners Footy Club will run their weekly sessions on Saturday mornings indoors at Lightcliffe Academy.

The sessions will be designed to be fun and engaging and will focus on developing the children’s fundamental movement skills through football-based play. The sessions will also help children to develop their social skills and confidence.

The Tiny Towners footy club is open to all with no previous football experience needed.

The sessions starting on the 8th July will be led by UEFA Level 2 qualified coach from Brighouse Town
AFC. The coaches are all passionate about football and are committed to providing a fun and safe environment for all children to learn and develop.

The cost of the club is £25 per month per child. Paid via standing order.

There are many benefits to joining Tiny Towners Footy Club, but here are just a few:

The opportunity to learn and develop football skills in a fun and engaging environment.

The chance to make new friends and socialise with other children.

The opportunity to improve fitness and coordination.

The chance to give your child a taste of football base play

BRIGHOUSE TOWN U16 GIRLS LIFT LEAGUE TROPHY

Brighouse Town U16 Oranges followed up last week’s 12-0 cup final win by lifting the League trophy this week, after a very impressive display against Horsforth saw them come away with an 11-1 victory to retain their division one title.

Having topped the table from the very first weekend of the season the girls went on and won the title by an impressive 10 points, having won 17, drew 0, lost 1, scoring a remarkable 111 goals and only conceding 18.

The management team Phil Jefferson and Graham Bairstow are super proud of the way their players have applied themselves over the season with great attitudes, working hard and playing brilliant confident football.

These talented girls will have a few weeks off before hitting the gym for strength and conditioning before they get back on the grass for pre-season training during the summer
